Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions; Refund Policy Treatment packages are non-refundable. Unused portion of the packages are non-exchangeable for another time. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, it is required that you provide us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Check-in Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment minutes. A late arrival will result in a shorten treatment to accommodate other customer schedules fairly. Politeness As this is a sanctuary for all those looking to relax and renew their mind body and spirit, we ask you to please consider others and keep noise levels to a minimum. We do not allow children at the spa unless they are scheduled for a treatment and are accompanied by an adult. Please silent/switch off electronic gadgets and respect other guests privacy. Payment We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are nett, quoted in NZD and are subject to change without prior notice. Voucher Redemption Terms and conditions apply to the voucher. Please read terms and conditions to avoid disappointment. The voucher will be required upon appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice period must be made to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, failure to do so will void your Voucher. These terms and conditions are also applicable to missed appointments without the 24 hours notice period. Late appointments may reduce the treatment time. All bookings are subjected to availability. Smoking and Alcohol Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa area are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after spa treatments. Spa Treatment Hours The Spa is open from 10am to 8pm daily. Valuables We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa. The management and staff accept no responsibilityfor the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
